COMMON SENSE VS MORAL PRINCIPLES

"First and foremost, we should be governed by common sense. But common sense should be based on moral principles first. And it is not possible today to have morality separated from religious values."

This sentence was coming from Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin, a former KGB Agent of soviet communist, and now former President of Rusia. A voice from a world leader of former communist country that reflected the true. Common sense, moral values and religious values are three components that should not stand alone.

So often, it can be seen that common sense is put forward while leaving the moral principles rooted in the religious values. Wars, dispute, terror and similar trend are taking place because so many decison makers based their desion solely on common sense. Common sense that guarantees certain interests of a certain country, a certain group, a certain religious belief. Common sense that serve their only interest while look others as a mere hindrance. Then, it becomes a misled commonsense since it abandons the morale values.

Chaos and wars are now slowly taking place. Each sees others as enemy. Their common sense is disrupted as a result of of the absence of such morale values.

A wise man learns from his mistake. I beleive we all have to learn from now on that the three components can not separated from each other...towards a better world...
